How old must boys and girls be to take part to the holidays in Trentino?

Camps named Trentino Adventure and Sport&Tennis are open to kids and teens aged 7 to 17 years old. Trentino English Camp is open to teens aged 11 to 17.

My child will leave alone: will he be ok?

Sure, most kids start the holiday alone. Socialization between kids is very easy, helped by all the group activities and the fact that rooms will be occupied by kids of the same age also arriving at the camp alone.

Where will kids be staying?

Kids will be welcomed in the indicated hotels, all 3 stars. All hotels are high standard and include covered pool, animation rooms and outdoor places for activities.

Are kids looked after during nighttime?

Yes, during the night there are always some night supervisors available for all needs.  

My kid is undergoing some medical treatment that involves medication: should I report this?

Yes, you need to tell the staff who’s staying with your kid during his stay that he’s under treatment. We’ll contact you for further details and update the medical staff who will follow your kid during the stay.

What should I do if my kid has an allergy or food intolerance?

Kitchens are organized to handle this food need which you need to tell during registration, through the form “complete your subscription”, available in your personal area.

Is there an insurance for participants?

Sure, each participant will have sanitary insurance for injuries as also one for liability insurance as better explained in the general conditions.

From where will participants leave?

If you chose the option with the organized trip, in the weeks before departure, families will receive detailed information about the trip. At that point, time and meeting point will be communicated.

What should we pack?

Who will look after the kids?

My son will take part in the Summer Camp with a group of friends. Is it possible that they can stay in a room together?

Yes, you just need to indicate the name of the other boys/girls with whom your son/daughter wants to stay through the form “complete your subscription”, available in your personal area.

Will it be possible to communicate with our kids?

Sure, we’ll send to all parents the numbers where you can call your child, during the following times: 12.30-1.30 pm and 7.30-8.30 pm. In addition, all parents will receive a phone number, available 24/7 for any emergency. Kids with their own phone can use it only in their room, during the permitted times.

How does the zero-risk guarantee work?

The “zero risk” guarantee is an option you can buy during the reservation. It allows you to cancel your stay with no penalties and with the reimbursement of the sums you’ve already paid (except for administrative fees) in the following cases:

  • Death, illness (including Covid 19) or injury of the participants, his/her parents, brothers/sisters, daughter in laws, grandparents, uncle, aunts, nieces and nephews ‘til 3rd grade of parenthood.
  • Impossibility of the insured to reach the place of departure because of calamities declared by the authorities.
  • Damage or accident of the means of transport used by the insured which doesn’t allow him/her to reach the place of departure.
  • Theft of the documents needed for expatriation, when it’s proven that there’s no chance to remake them on time.
  • Impossibility to take part in the trip because of the changing of a school exam period.
  • Impossibility to take part in the trip because, 7 days before departure, the dog or cat belonging to the participant (regularly registered) will need to undergo lifesaving surgery or has illnesses.

They will leave from the airports of Milan and Rome, based on the choice made during registration.  In the weeks before departure, families will receive detailed information about the trip. At that point, time and meeting point will be communicated.

  • 1 small lock to close your locker at College

It will be possible to use the College’s token laundry: kids will be helped by our staff.

Which luggage should I prepare?

Participants can bring one baggage of maximum 20kg and a hand baggage of maximum 5kg. We remind you that it’s not possible to bring liquids in containers of more than 100ml.

How much money should I give to my son/daughter?

We suggest you giving kids a rechargeable credit card and a small amount of cash (for example 50-100 English pounds).

Which documents are necessary?

The participant will need to have an individual passport and ETA authorization that you can get through the portal of the British government https://apply-for-an-eta.homeoffice.gov.uk

Who will take care of the kids?

Our team will always be there for any possible problem kids could have, especially during the first days. They will be present at school in the morning, will have lunch with the kids and bring them to all the activities during afternoon and evening. They will go with them during day trips and during everything organized during the holiday.

Our team leaders will always be available at an English number we’ll give you, via e-mail, after their first stay at the College. Don’t forget the time difference.
